How can I place an order?
You may place an order through the secure paypal link or through email. Simply click the link and you will be directed through the secure paypal site.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments only through paypal.
NOTE- We will not ship items until payments have been made
How do I make request a custom order?
To request a certain order you may email the specifications to silverthreadbead@hotmail.com. If you are wanting to request an item being altered you must also email us. Please include, length, color, design, and if you decide to, clasp type.
How soon will I get my order?
Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving order. In the case of custom or special orders or if you are paying by check, shipping time will be extended. Items will arrive within 2-3 business days
How long does a custom order take?
Once a design is agreed, custom orders average from 1 to 2 weeks depending on the the order. We can provide a better time estimate when you initaiate your order.
How much will shipping cost be?
All orders have a flat rate charge of $1.50 to U.S. addresses.

How is my order shipped?
We ship via US Postal Service. If you need an item faster, please let us know, but expedited shipping charges will apply to your order.
What is your return policy?
You must notify us within 7 days of recieving your order to request a return.Once your request has been authorized you have 10 days to return the order or else no credit or refund will be honored. We do not accept returns on custom or special made orders. All items returned must be undamaged, unused, and include all parts and paperwork. All returns must be in the exact same condition as when we shipped it to you. No exceptions.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Contact us by email and we will try and correct any errors.
